The hotel was clean and the location was particularly good close to the train station. the local staff was helpful and nice. - Spacious and brand-new rooms with big bathrooms as well as a comfortable bed, felt like home. - the vibe here was family. - Quick check-in was a bonus. - We truly enjoyed the breakfast.

Everything was simply nice. I stayed here 1 night and enjoyed it. The hotel was placed 9 miles away from the airport. Bed was very comfy, room was elegant and brand-new. The staff were very welcoming every time I dealt with them.

The rooms here are really spacious and new, located in a peaceful area near a convenient shop, with a great breakfast selection.

Despite the lack of pillows, I had a thrilling adventure fighting off mosquitoes. Oh, and the room was quite clean, I must say.

I had the pleasure of finding a cockroach in the bathroom and a stranger's long hair on the floor. Such unexpected souvenirs!

We had a comfortable stay at Fanea Residence, with anice and neat room. The communication with the owner was good, and we appreciated the convenience of entering the building with a code. The facilities were great and overall, our experience was positive.

It would have been nice if the bathroom had been cleaner and if the room had some improvements, like freshly painted walls. it would have been a nice gesture to provide at least a glass of water for the guests.

The rooms here are spacious with cozy beds, central heating, cable TV, and a convenient writing desk.

We had a great stay at Fanea Residence. the room and bathroom were impressively clean, and the daily cleaning of the hallways was a nice bonus. the location was convenient, within walking distance of the city center or if you prefer, there is a nearby tram station. the staff was welcoming and the modern building had luxurious furniture and decor. the room area was spacious, and the amenities like the fast WiFi and efficient refrigerator were appreciated. Check, in and check, out were smooth, and the self, check, in process was well. a fantastic option for a stay in this city!

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel in Timisoara. My stay was for a short trip and I was pleasantly surprised by the great value for money at Fanea Residence. The room was clean, quiet, and beautifully designed. The beds were comfortable and the small fridge was a nice touch. The self-check-in process was easy and the owner's message before our arrival provided all the necessary information. The attention to detail, like the nice-smelling toilet paper, made us feel truly welcome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Our experience wasn't the best. The check-in process was a hassle, as we were given the wrong code for the key box and had to spend the night in the lobby.
